This module is designed to equip you with skills and knowledge to be able to communicate effectively, take appropriate history and perform physical examination on patients


MPL 113:Medical Parasitology & Laboratory Techniques I

This is an introductory module in the Certificate course in Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine course. It requires 60 hours to complete. That is, it is a 6 credit hours. This course enables you to apply principles of Anatomy in relation to diagnosis of orthopaedic and trauma patients. You will be able to understand more the organisation of the human body. That is explain various body tissues, the structural organisation of the skin and body activities and demonstrate the understanding of anatomical organisation of the lower limb.

MEM 103: Medical Microbiology I

In this unit learners are expected to cover definitions of terms, diagnostic index, procedure of Births and Death notification, rules and guideline for mortality

This is an introductory module in diploma in clinical Medicine and surgery  course. It requires 30 hours to complete.
