How can ICT be defined?

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) refers to technologies that provide access to information through telecommunications. 

It includes any communication device or application such as computers, mobile phones, radio, television, satellite systems, and internet services.

ICT combines information technology (IT) — which focuses on computers and data processing — with communication technology, which focuses on sending and receiving messages electronically.
